• Designed and delivered the "Lead Yourself, Lead Others" leadership development program, reaching almost 50% of manager population (~150 managers) in the first 6 months since the program launch. We achieved 10-15% improvement in leadership skills and confidence.
• Set clear direction for the team by creating, securing approval, and implementing a comprehensive Learning Strategy, Roadmap, and Project Tracking board.
• Received strong validation from my team in the engagement survey, with an impressive 72% NPS and 100% in Manager score (higher than department and company scores).

I'm a Learning and Talent Development Leader with over 12 years of global experience in corporate training and talent development. I help companies to make people the key driver of organisations' success, and talents to grow and thrive. I have worked across diverse geographies and cultures (Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Americas) and developed high cultural sensitivity as a result. I have experience in multiple industries: fintech, e-commerce, logistics, consumer electronics, software, and technology.
I get excited about opportunities where I’m able to combine my strategic thinking, execution skills, creativity, and deep subject matter expertise in all things learning and development to make a positive impact on organizational performance, talent retention, and employee job satisfaction.
