Built and launched the first ever company-wide People Manager Development and Certification Program. The program consolidated leadership best practices and behaviours and cascaded them throughout the organization.
Co-created with the Global L&D team and facilitated for EMEA region a global leadership development program called Ignite aimed at developing critical people management skills. The blended program combined virtual and face-2-face delivery.
Co-created, launched and delivered in collaboration with the senior leadership team at Apple Asia-Pacific Retail Contact Center a leadership development program for existing and upcoming managers. 3 cohorts of participants completed the program.
Partnered with senior leaders in Product and Design functions to create and deploy UX Design Skills certification program for Product Owners. Ran program pilot using A/B testing, planned the wider roll-out based on the successful results of the pilot.
Teamed up with the Global L&D team to craft and roll out the inaugural Customer Experience 101 hybrid training program across the department. Took charge of the EMEA region and ensured its smooth implementation across 100+ locations.
Ran a Trainer Certification Program at Apple and Uber (>100trainers). My role involved certifying, mentoring, and offering ongoing support to internal and external trainers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning at both companies.
